33 Weeks
Our little baby girl has officially been in my stomach for 33 weeks! That means only 7 weeks left until our due date! A lot has happened…. two weeks ago we had an AMAZING shower. Seriously, a dream shower… I feel so blessed and its clear that this baby girl is already so incredibly loved. I get teary eyed just thinking about how special the day was. My sister, Mom, and Jamie’s Mom all worked so hard to make it perfect and it was! From the diaper cakes on EVERY table that my sister made, to the sweetest little favors, to the cake, baby pictures but MOST of all..the people. All the people that came to shower us with love was so touching. We received so many wonderful gifts that we will always cherish. From baby carriers, to an amazing jogging stroller, to blankets, bedding, jumper, breast pump, and SO much more. Let me tell you one thing that is for sure…this girl will be VERY well dressed! Oh, the clothes. The cutest ,sweetest, most precious clothes. I love every piece of them all. The onesies (aren’t onesies just the coolest things ever?!), the little outfits, socks, hats, dresses, jackets and so much more. Her closet is packed. I cannot wait to pick out her outfits every single day until she doesn’t let me anymore! I guess we will let Dad pick them out every once and a while too ;-)
This past weekend we had childbirth classes Sat and Sun from 9-2 each day. I really loved it. Granted, some of the information was stuff I had previously learned or knew it was still amazing to hear in relation to our birth and delivery. It was also really nice time spent with Jam. He is so supportive and soaked up every detail. It made it all feel so real and so close! The class was at our OB’s office and was really thorough. Next week we go on a tour of the hospital and then in two weeks we have a breast feeding class!
We have spent a lot of time in the baby’s nursery getting it ready. Putting lots of stuff together and away. Every moment is enjoyable (until we can’t get something together!) and I just love spending time in HER room. It is coming along better than I ever thought it would. Just a few more touches and then it will be complete and just waiting for her!
Everyday I fall more in love with my husband as we go through this process…I can’t even imagine seeing him with our daughter!! It gives me chills just thinking about it.

The coolest moment EVER
Last Friday I ( Sarah) was laying on the bed with my shirt pulled up a little bit. Jam was also in the room. All of a sudden I said, “Jam come here, quick!” then the coolest moment ever happened….. We both SAW my stomach move, several times! It wasn’t just a little kick or jab either but more of a rolling motion. It seriously filled us both with awe and wonder! It has happened once or twice since then where the movements have been so strong and distinct to actually see from the outside. I know this is a moment in this pregnancy that we will never forget!

The Halfway Point— (From Dad (Jamie))
Our little girl! How excited we are for your arrival! Mommy and Daddy think about you every second, every minute, every hour of every day… we can’t wait to see your face. Mommy and Daddy have talked about you for years now and can’t wait to be your parents. I only hope to be as good of a parent as your Mom, she is one special lady!
Mom can’t wait to take you shopping as you get older (do all those girl things)—and dad can’t wait to call you his “little girl.” We look forward to every day with you as this great journey continues and you join us soon. Don’t make Mommy feel too sick along the way though—Daddy does enjoy feeling your kicks though:) even though they might hurt Mommy for a bit.
I’m sure Mommy will give another update soon on here, but I just wanted to drop in a few lines to you say hi.
Love,
Dad

Making room for baby! We started clearing out the “baby room” this week and it’s proving to be a little harder than we anticipated! Baby- soon this room will be empty and will be made into YOUR room with lots of love! We have so many ideas! Can’t wait to start and finish it and then introduce you in it!
